Whether your athlete is preparing for the next season or looking to refine specific skills, Smiley’s Performance Baseball Programs provide development options tailored to individual needs and goals. Options includes summer programs, hybrid and remote options, one-on-one training, and targeted add-ons—all designed to elevate performance, track progress, and keep athletes advancing year-round.

A 10-week intensive development experience for collegiate and elite high school pitchers and catchers. This fully customized program includes 1:1 training, weekly progress reviews, individualized strength and conditioning, and position-specific development to elevate performance throughout the summer.

Partial programming options are available for pitchers and catchers looking to supplement their current training. These one-time and package services include strength and conditioning, one-on-one sessions, Trackman bullpens, and  other position-specific development options, allowing athletes to round out their routines with targeted support from Coach Smiley.

Whether training on-site or remotely, the Hybrid & Remote Athlete Program delivers individualized development for all players. Each athlete receives a personalized evaluation and training plan, weekly live sessions for hybrid athletes, and ongoing check-ins with Coach Smiley to refine skills, improve mechanics, and track progress throughout the process.

Trackman rental is available for high school and collegiate team practices. Coach Smiley can bring the Trackman directly to your facility, or teams may book space at the GameDay Athletics facility in Bellmawr, NJ for on-site use.

Seeking specialized guidance from a pitching or head coach?
