Hybrid/Remote Training

Each hybrid/remote athlete begins with an intro call with Coach Smiley to explore goals, review the program, and set the stage for success. 

Each athlete undergoes a personalized evaluation. Hybrid athletes come to GameDay Athletics for an in-person assessment, while remote athletes provide position-specific video footage for Coach Smiley to review and build their program.

Hybrid and remote athletes receive a customized program built around their unique strengths and objectives. Coach Smiley creates position-specific drills, strength work, and skill development strategies that can be completed on-site or remotely, keeping every athlete on track to improve.

Every week, athletes connect with Coach Smiley for a personalized check-in, reviewing performance, addressing challenges, and updating their program to ensure continuous improvement and success.

Hybrid athletes benefit from at least one live session with Coach Smiley per week, combining in-person instruction, personalized feedback, and position-specific drills to keep training dynamic and effective.
